Call it Hoot Owl Trolley or even the “Fly By Night Trolley”, W.T. Johnson and Robert and Patty Hall are offering Palmyra a new transportation service.

The pair have purchased a former 14-passenger school bus to use for tours around Palmyra, including those offered by the Heritage Seekers, old Marion County jail and the Gardner House.

However, they are not limiting their service to just those groups.

“We are looking for tours and groups of individuals to take tours,” said Johnson. “We are certainly supporting Heritage Seekers and the others, but we are an independent service.”

Hoping to entertain as well as educate, the pair are planning some future tours, but are open to more suggestions.
