Eva Mae Foster, 90, Palmyra, Mo., passed away Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill.
Eva was born June 7, 1929, to Denton and Fairy Branch Pendelton in Monroe City, Mo. She was married to Floyd Foster on April 26, 1947. He preceded her in death on Oct. 8, 1988.
Survivors include her children, Gary Foster, Monroe City; Adrian Foster (Norma), Grain Valley, Mo.; Alan Foster, Palmyra; Fairy Foster, Palmyra; Quentin Foste, Palmyra,; and Chris Foster, Columbia, Mo.; four grandchildren, Kyle Brook, Michael Foster, Lindsey Foster and Chloe Foster; and three great-grandchildren.
Eva was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, George Pendelton; and one sister, Dorothy Raymond.
Eva was a farm wife who loved working in her garden and rehabbing furniture for her home. She could sew quilts and made several in her lifetime. She loved spending time with her family.
She attended Warren Christian Church.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Nov. 22, at Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra. Rev. Dewayne Larenson will officiate. Burial will be at Andrews Chapel Cemetery in Warren, Mo.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Friday, Nov. 22, at Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers will be Gary Foster, Adrian Foster, Alan Foster, Quentin Foster, Chris Foster and Michael Foster.
