Second place farm management team

The Palmyra FFA Chapter placed second in the farm management career development event at the 91st Missouri FFA Convention. 

There were 48 teams in the competition. 

The team members are Jackson Lundberg, Hope Hudson, Kinsey Tiemann and Paige Billups. 

Individually, Lundberg placed second, Hudson placed seventh, Tiemann placed 11th and Billups placed 20th out of 181 participants. 

Palmyra FFA advisors are Amanda Haeberlin and Luke Mahsman.  

Individuals in this contest analyzed real-life business problems and completed a detailed exam to prove their understanding of economic principles. 

Participants used what they learned in their agricultural business classes to compete. Skills the students apply in the event will help them face even greater challenges in their professional lives.
