Students from Palmyra High School recently competed in Hannibal- LaGrange University’s high school art competition. 

Several students earned awards for their work including: 

Arianna Battaglio, first place in ceramics for “Fairy House”;

Morgan Ingram, first place in digital imaging for “Chevy”; 

Grace Mullhatten, second place in sculpture for “Cotton Candy” and honorable mention in sculpture for “Farmer’s Market”; 

Tisha Richmond, third place in photography for “Photo Mosaic”; 

Marley Kaden, second place in digital imaging for “Logo Design”; 

Victoria Singh, honorable mention in sculpture; 

Tory Bates, honorable mention in oil painting for “Tall Tree”; 

Megan Anduss, honorable mention in watercolor painting for “Coi Fish”; 

Kenley Linnenburger, honorable mention in tempera batik for “Elephant”; 

Terryn Gollaher, honorable mention for her mixed media work “The Brightness”; 

Emma Wittler, honorable mention for her mixed media work; 

Bennett Sutter, honorable mention for his pen and ink work “Lady Bug”; and 

Kiley Crabill, honorable mention for her graphite drawing “Nature’s Web”.
