The immunization clinic will take place on Monday, Aug. 5, at the high school gymnasium from 9 to 11 a.m. and 12 to 3 p.m.
At this time, it is only being offered to those students entering eighth and 12th grade.
A parent and/or guardian must accompany each participating student and a fee will be charged.
If the student is enrolled in Missouri Medicaid, you must bring your Medicaid card with you at the time of service or a non-refundable fee will be charged.
