The PHS boys wrestling team went 2-1 during the Clarence Cannon Conferece Quad meet at home Thursday.

The Panthers downed Brookfield and Macon in duals, but lost to Centralia.

Palmyra went 6-2 in actual matches and 5-1 in forfeits to defeat Brookfield 61-18.

The highlight of the action was when Ross Arch (152) pinned Ethan Huwar at the 1:17 mark to earn his 100th career victory.

Palmyra went 7-3 in actual matches and 2-0 in forfeits to win 57-15 over Macon.

Palmyra went 5-8 in matches, and lost one by forfeit in losing to Centralia, 51-27.

The Panthers also went 1-1 during a tri-meet at Marceline the day before, defeating Marceline while losing to Mid-Buchanan.

Palmyra earned four match victories in their 54-14 win over Marceline while also getting five wins by forfeit.

The Panthers went 4-7 in actual matches in their 45-34 loss to Mid-Buchanan.

In girls competition, 

The Lady Panthers defeated Centralia, 30-0, and Macon, 30-18, in duals at home Thursday.
