The Marion County R-II girls track team competed at the Jerry Ball Relays at Canton Tuesday.
The Lady Mustangs scored 48 points to place seventh out of 13 teams including Clark County (131), Hannibal (106.5), Monroe City (103.33), Liberty (88.5), Palmyra (61), Highland (53), Knox County (36), Camp Point Central (33.33), Mendon-Unity (27), Mark Twain (22), North Shelby (20) and Canton (7.33).
Placing in the top five for Marion County were:
Delaney Straus, first place in the triple jump, second place in the 400 meters and second place in the 3,200 meters;
Sadie Spratt, second place in the 100 meter hurdles and second place in the triple jump; and
Payton Hays, fourth place in the 100 meter hurdles.
