Manhunt in Palmyra area for armed fugitive

Authorities have issued a public safety message reporting an armed fugitive was being sought in the Palmyra area.

He is described as a 27 your old male black wearing a tactical vest, red bandana, white T-shirt and plaid pants and armed with a handgun.

Palmyra area residents were urged to lock doors and not approach. Contact 911 if spotted.
