Preparing school supplies

Helpers at the Palmyra Food Pantry were busy filling bags with school supplies for local students last week. The group is hoping to put together 235 bags but are in need of a few supplies still. Those wishing to help out can donate any of the following: Elmer’s glue sticks and glue bottles, art boxes, folders and plastic folders with brads, red pens, composition books and large backpacks that middle school and high school kids would use. In addition, the Palmyra Food Pantry is in need of more help. Currently, they are serving more families than usual, and any extra volunteer help would be appreciated.
