Three PHS girls golfers compete at state

Palmyra High School had three compete in the MSHSAA Class 1 State Girls Golf Tournament held at the Paradise Point Golf Course in Smithville, Oct. 19-20.

Mallory Comstock, a junior, led Palmyra with a 208, good enough to place 20th out of 76 golfers at the two-round event.

Mallory Sublette, a sophomore shot a 220 to tie with two other players for 46th place.

And, Kylie Begley, a freshman, carded a 240 to finish in a two-way tie for 65th.
