Palmyra High School graduation will see 78 seniors receiving diplomas during commencement ceremonies Thursday evening, May 20, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

A baccalaureate ceremony was held for Palmyra High School’s 78 graduating seniors Sunday in the school’s main gymnasium. The service, led by class members, included a message from , special music and a slide presentation featuring all of the graduates.
The event will be held at the new Palmyra High School sports complex, weather permitting. Otherwise, it will be held in the high school gym.
If that is the case, students will be only be able to invite six individuals.
The high school band, under the direction of John Hume, will begin the evening with the processional.
The band will also be performing special music, “How Far We’ve Come,” during the evening.
Superintendent Kirt Malone will introduce guest speakers, Christian Drebes and Gracie LaFoe,
The valedictorian and salutatorian will also be named that evening.
Jared Pontius, high school principal, will announce the graduates’ names as they receiving diplomas.’
