With COVID-19 precautions still in place, Missouri Rural Electric Cooperative held its annual members meeting in drive-thru style for the second year in a row Saturday in Palmyra. Members were able to vote for board members, collect $10 cash and receive an attendance gift from cooperative employees as they worked their way through the Palmyra High School parking lot.
