The PHS girls golf team competed in the Paris Scramble Tournament Wednesday at the Mark Twain Country Club.
Players competed as pairs and played the best ball.

Palmyra’s three pairs carded a 170 to place third out of 12 teams.
Centralia took first with a 155, and was followed by Salisbury, 165. Also competing were Brookfield, 175, Moberly, 175, New Bloomfield, 186, Marceline, 187, Harrisburg, 188, Macon, 188, Cairo, 192, Glasgow, 210 and South Callaway, 212.
Mallory Comstock and Maddie Jawad finished fourth overall with an 80.
“They played really well,” said Coach Chris Parsons of the pair. “They gave up a couple shots late which frustrated them but overall it was a great day.”
Ella Goldinger and Ava Weiman carded a 90, while Kylie Begley and Haylie Begley finished with a 97.
The Lady Panthers won a three-team match at the Innsbrook Golf Course hosted by Wright City Tuesday.
Palmyra carded a 197 to beat out Fulton, 223, and the host team, 250.
Mallory Comstock and Maddie Jawad beat out all the other golfers with a 47 and 46 respectively.
Both Mallory Sublette and Ella Goldinger shot 52s.
