The PHS girls golf team competed in Sedalia and Kirksville this past week.
The Lady Panthers took fourth place out of eight small-school division teams at the Sedalia Tournament Monday.
Palmyra carded a 406 to finish behind Jefferson City Helias, 375, Warrensburg, 404, and Marshall, 406, but ahead of Brookfield, 408, Chillicothe, 435, Butler, 467, and Sacred Heart.
Mallory Sublette and Ella Goldinger both shot 93s to finish and medal in the top eight.
It was also their best scores of the year.
The Lady Panthers took third place out of 14 teams at the Kirksville Tournament Tuesday.
The Lady Panthers shot a 385, their best team score of the season, to finish behind only Quincy Notre Dame (357) and Kirksville (376).
Also competing were teams from Schuyler County, Southern Boone, Putnam County, Marceline, Macon, Fulton, Hannibal, Brookfield, Capital City and Mexico.
Mallory Comstock, Sublette and Maddie Jawad all medaled with 95s. Also competing were Goldinger (100) and Taytum Parsons (111).
