Roger Eugene “Festus” Rhoades, 61, Warren, Mo., passed away at 8:53 p.m. Monday, Jan. 3, 2022, at Sara’s Place in Hannibal, Mo.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 15, at 11 a.m. at the Warren Christian Church.

The family is being served by Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel.
