A Republican has filed to run for Marion County associate circuit court judge.
Tyler J. White, of Hannibal, is the first candidate to file to run for the position in the Republican primary election in August.
The filing period for those interested in running for county offices during the Aug. 2 primary election ends at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 29.
Filing takes place at the Marion County Clerk’s office, 100 S. Main, St., Suite 107, in Palmyra.
