The Panthers received the top seed in the Class 3, District 6 Baseball Tournament in Shelbina, May 13-18.
The Panthers (9-9-1) earned a bye and will play in the semifinals at 4 p.m. Monday, May 16, against the winner of the Friday, May 13 quarterfinal between fourth-seeded Mark Twain (6-5) and Monroe City (3-8).
The winner will advance to the championship game set for 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 18.
The No. 2 seed, Clark County (7-8), also received a bye and will play in the semifinals against the winner of the May 13 game between South Shelby (7-4) and Highland (0-11).
The winner of District 6 will move on to sectionals and take on the winner of District 5 that includes Elsberry, Lutheran North, STEAM Academy, Christian and Duchesne.
