The 86th Annual Membership Meeting of Missouri Rural Electric Cooperative will be held as a drive-through meeting Saturday, Aug. 27, in the Palmyra High School parking lot, 1703 S. Main St.
Registration and voting will be held between 9 and 11 a.m.
To speed up registration, participants are asked to bring the registration slip on the back page of the August issue of Rural Missouri or the entire magazine.
Each registered member will receive a copy of the financials and reports along with $10 cash and an attendance gift (one per membership, not per person).
Member-owners will vote for three co-op members to serve on the board of directors for a term of three years.
