Palmyra and the area was turned into a pre-winter wonderland, albeit for a brief time Tuesday morning. About two inches of snow came down over night and into the morning, flocking the trees and making for snowy scenes like the one above in Flower City Park. The snow was pretty much all gone by mid afternoon.
