With Thanksgiving in the rear view mirror, the Christmas season took over in Palmyra over the weekend. At left, Santa Claus waves as the Palmyra Fire Department gave rides with Santa Saturday afternoon. The tradition has been going since 1981. In fact, one rider, Lisa Bross, said she has been taking the ride for 35 straight years.
