Billy W. Smith, 62, Palmyra, Mo., passed away at 11:31 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023, at Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal, Mo.

 A private graveside service with military honors at Greenwood Cemetery will be held at a later date to be determined. The family is being served by Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel.
