Four Lady Panthers were named to the Clarence Cannon Conference 2022-2023 All-Conference Girls Basketsball team.
Candra King and Sydney Compton were named to the first team, while Clare Williams made the second team, and Taytum White, honorable mention.
King, a junior, led the Lady Panthers in points per game (14.7) and rebounds (349).
Compton, a sophomore, led the team in points (402), and also collected 238 rebounds, 87 steals and 51 assists.
Williams, a sophomore, led Palmyra in thee-point shooting, sinking 45 of 124, while also pacing the team in assists (103) and steals (117) and scoring 10 points per game.
White, a junior, scored 10.6 points per game, while grabbing 127 rebounds and 77 steal to go along with 71 assists.
The Lady Panthers finished second in the conference with a 6-1 record.
Miranda Patterson was named CCC Player of the Year while leading South Shelby to an undefeated conference title.
The Lady Birds coach, Luke O’Laughlin, took Coach of the Year honors.
