Missouri Rural Electric Cooperative’s annual drive-thru meeting Saturday morning was a wet one this year as rain poured down on the event held in the Palmyra High School parking lot. Cooperative members were able to received their capital credit checks and vote for board members from their vehicles with the assistance of coop personnel.
