Flower City Park, and maybe much of Palmyra, smelled a little smoky Saturday during the Hannibal Free Clinic’s annual Rib & Wing Fest.Area barbecue chefs, such as Doug Dry (above) pulling off a rack of ribs,competed for bragging rights and trophies during the fundraiser.
