Jason Bradley Dicken

Jason Bradley Dicken, 52 Cartersville, Ga., passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023, in his residence.

Born in Davenport, Iowa on Feb. 25, 1971, he was the son of the late John Dicken and the late Rose Mary (Smith) Dicken. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Virgil Harmon Dicken. 

After the passing of his parents, Jason came to live in Palmyra, Mo., with his Aunt Mamie and Uncle Glen until he left for the military.

Survivors include his Aunt Mamie (Glen) Meyers; siblings, Kathy (Kevin) King, Glenda Klein, Brandon Dicken and

Brenda Meyers; many nieces and nephews and cousins; and many close friends who were like family.

Jason was an avid gun enthusiast. He had a passion for knives, motorcycles, cars and going fast. Most importantly, he loved his family and friends. Jason held much love and care for those in his circle.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023, at the mausoleum in the Quincy Memorial Park, 5200 Broadway St, Quincy, Ill.
