The annual Taste of Palmyra event Oct. 16 is taking shape nicely, and several events have been finalized.
Music from Mike Moore will be performed on the stage from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., followed by Fount’n Bach (Sean Frankenbach and Tracy Fountain) from 6:30 to 7 p.m.
According to Susan Berti, Chamber administrative assistant, to date in excess of 50 vendors have signed up for spots and more are expected.
She also noted the Chamber has rounded up eight large sponsors for the evening’s events.
The Trunk or Treat has been moved to the south side of the courthouse on Lafayette Street to give the participants more room.
Berti also reported the library will be featuring new young artist, Emmalynn Jones with her book “The Tale of Kale and the Magic Red Book” that evening.
Keep an eye out for next week’s Spectator for a listing of vendors and events.
