June is going into the second week . Things are beginning to get busy with the Old Jail and here at the Gardner House.
Both places have had visitors from Summer School classes .
The Heritage Seekers Program will be given by Gary Stuhlman on the Life and Time of (Peg Leg ) George Shannon.
He will show thru power points a tribute and a biography of George Shannon.
It will be held at Halls Hall , 220 South Main, at 7 P.M.
The public is invited .
Gardner House is open on Mondays, Wednesday’s, and Fridays.!0 am to 2 pm
The Old Marion County Jail is open on Wednesday’s 10 am to 2 pm
