Fabius 4-H holds April Meeting
The Fabius 4-H Club held their April meeting on Wednesday, April 8th at 6 p.m. at the Fabius Community House. Members named their favorite part about spring. April birthdays were Maggie Krietemeyer, Janie Triplett, and Emily Bowman. The Community House Hog Roast will be April 25th. Serving will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
Members are asked to work one of two available shifts and donate 2 desserts. It was announced that the club will be helping the Community House with Quarter Madness on July 14th with food from the Rebel Pig.
Members are to register their projects for the fair by July 1st. Dates for the fair are August 1 – 8. Members can sell two animal projects and one project from the Sesquicentennial Building.
The club learned that Emily Bowman has been selected as a Missouri Shooting Sports
Ambassador.
Demonstrations were given by Ryder McCarty and Braylyn McCarty.
Game leader Maggie Krietemeyer led a group game.
The next meeting will be Wednesday, May 6th at the Fabius Community House.
