Taylor News

Here’s hoping everyone had a very Blessed and Happy Easter this past weekend. It was a bit chilly but the sun came out Sunday and it was a beautiful day.
I enjoyed seeing all the family pictures, Easter egg hunts and activities of friends on Facebook during Easter weekend.
Early in the week we got some much-needed rainfall in the local area. I had
2 ½ inches here at my house, which has really made my grass green and grow
fast. It was nice to see the Fabius and North Rivers bank full with water. It has
been a long time since that has happened.
I believe the forecast has some more rain in it for this upcoming week.
There have been some of the local farmers that have been working in the
fields get the ground ready to plant for the season. There have been a very few
farmers that have actually planted some corn already.
So with that said, please be aware of the slow moving farm machinery on the
roadways, they can not always see you but there is not doubt you can see them, so move over and give each other room.
Update on my mom, Jane Church, she ended up having a heart Cath on Wednesday morning in Hannibal Hospital.
Thank God the doctor scheduled this procedure, because her widow maker
artery was 80-90% blocked, the doctor put in 2 stents and done a balloon procedure on another small artery next to the widow maker artery. This
was causing some of her issues that she has been having.
Mom made it through this procedure without any issues and is home recuperating.
We do have an appointment with the neurologist next week and a follow-up with her cardiologist. Mom will also be startingCardio Rehab soon.
Thanks for all the prayers, please keep them coming.
Aunt Judy Million is back at Maple Lawn as of last week after being a patient
