Emma J. (Dowlin) Selsor

Emma J. (Dowlin) Selsor, 90, Jacksonville, Ill., passed away on Jan. 1, 2021, at her home after a courageous battle with cancer with her daughter at her side.

Emma was born Sept. 22, 1930 in Mexico, Mo., to William Paul and Nettie Jewell Dowling.

She is survived by her daughter, Regina K. Estes; one granddaughter, Rev. Nicole Heith, Rock Springs, Wyo.; one sister, Pauline Drescher, Palmyra, and two nieces.

Emma was preceded in death by a grandson, Grant Estes; her parents and her husband.

She was a Baptist, Christian by faith, saved by grace.

Private services were held.
