Sharon S. Brumback
Sharon S. Brumback, 79, Palmyra, Mo., passed away Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill.
She was born in Hannibal, Mo., at St. Elizabeth Hospital on April 8, 1943 to Urban and Ruth (Noel) Hudson. She married James “Jim” Brumback on Aug. 4, 1961 at the Ewing Baptist Church in Ewing, Mo. He was the love of her life.

She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Gregg) Walker, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and Teresa (Mark) Butler, Palmyra; three grandchildren, Kristen (Austin) Sabin, Des Moines, Iowa; Brooke (Nathan) Miller, Knox City, Mo.; and Brock Butler, St. Louis, Mo., four great-grandchildren, Logyn, Gannon and Maisyn Miller, all of Knox City; and Marlow Sabin, Des Moines; two sisters; three brothers: and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Sharon was an avid golfer, playing in women’s tournaments and couple’s tournaments as well. She also loved to ride on their Honda, visiting many states with her husband, Jim. She loved her family and spending time with them, especially her four great grand babies.
Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 14, at 10 a.m. at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri with Pastor Bob Westfall officiating. Burial will be in the Ewing Memorial Cemetery at Ewing
Pallbearers: were Brock Butler, Chad Hudson, Garrett Hudson, Ryan Hudson, Brendan Hudson and Blake Garner.
Honorary pallbearers were Kristen Sabin, Brooke Miller, Logyn Miller, Gannon Miller, Maisyn Miller and Marlow Sabin.
Memorials may be made to the Ewing German Lutheran Cemetery.
