Cindy Jane Bailey, 65, Hannibal, Mo., formerly of Memphis, Mo., passed away at 6:25 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra. The family will hold a memorial service at a future date.
