40 Years of Sisterhood Celebrated at Marion County Fair Queen Competition

The Marion County Fair honored 40 years of Sisterhood (1985–2025) during its annual Queen Competition on Saturday night, recognizing outstanding young women across three divisions: Pre-Junior Miss, Junior Miss, and Marion County Fair Queen.
In the Pre-Junior Miss division, Ivy Lovelace was crowned and also received the Talent Award. Aryana Johnson earned both the Director’s Award and placed as 4th Runner-Up. Brecklyn Smothermon and Aaralynn Willard tied for 1st Runner-Up, while Quinn Disselhorst was named 2nd Runner-Up and also selected as Miss Congeniality. Le’Vian Gosney received 3rd Runner-Up honors.
In the Junior Miss division, Ivey Wilson took home the crown and the Talent Award, while Nataliegh Jackson earned both the Director’s Award and 4th Runner-Up. Other placements included Brigid Murphy as 1st Runner-Up, Andilyn McCoy as 2nd Runner-Up, Remmi Hoerr as 3rd Runner-Up, and Ella Johnson as Miss Congeniality.
At the top level, Ashley Bode was crowned Marion County Fair Queen and also received the title of Miss Congeniality. Pheobe LaSala was named 1st Runner-Up, Kalyn Dowell earned the Director’s Award, and Alana Lemon received the prestigious Rita Nelson Talent Award.
The evening reflected not only the participants’ poise and accomplishments but also four decades of empowering young women through friendship, competition, and community pride.
