Congratulations to all of the area graduates who have had their graduations this past week or will be happening this upcoming week, pre-school, Jr. High, high schools and colleges.
The farmers were working very hard to get their crops in the ground these past few weeks and the weather has been very permittable to do so. The past few days we have had several rain showers/thunderstorms, which has delayed the planting for a while.
Congratulations to Candra King, daughter of Craig and Andrea King, for throwing a personal
best and bring home a second place in the women’s Hammer Throw competition at The Big XII
Conference Meet.
Congratulations to Stephen and Ciara Foster on the birth of a new baby boy, Collin Joseph Foster was born on Thursday, May 14 2026. He weighed 8 pounds and was 20 inches long.
Collin is welcomed home by a big brother, Michael. Paternal grandparents are Greg and Carolyn
Foster. Paternal Great Grandma is Pat Foster and the late Sonny Foster. Congratulations to the
entire family.
Update on Mom, she continues to do Cardio Rehab and getting stronger every day. We have 2 upcoming doctor’s appointments this upcoming week; we will see how they go. Mom is starting
to get back to herself, finally.
I hosted a 45th class reunion meeting at my house on Saturday evening.
Our committee done some finalizing for the reunion, had great food and lots of laughs and memories from the past being discussed.
Our 45th Class Reunion will be on Saturday, September 12, 2026. So, class members please make your calendars; more information will be sent out so watch your mail and our class
