Lady Panther tennis season ends at sectionals

The PHS girls tennis team saw its season come to an end with a 3-5 loss to Marshall in Class 1 sectional action Monday morning at Villa Duschesne High School in St. Louis.

The Lady Panthers finished with a 10-3-1 record.

Winning their singles matches were Jayne Durst, 4-6, 6-4 (10-9 tiebreaker) and Reese Gottman, 6-3, 6-0.

Gottman and Bella Perkins won their doubles match 8-4.
