Girls golfers take second at Brookfield

The PHS girls golf team took second place out of 16 teams at the Brookfield Invitational last Thursday.
The Lady Panthers carded a 194 to finish seven strokes behind the host squad.
Ella Goldinger lead the team with a 44 and was followed by Mallory Comstock, 47, Mallory Sublette, 48, and Maddie Jawad, 55.
Also competing were golfers from Cairo, Gallatin, Glasgow, Kirksville, LaPlata, Macon, Marceline, New Bloomfield, Princeton, Putnam County, Schuyler County, Westran and Tina-Avalon.
