The PHS boys wrestling team took 11th place in a field of 16 teams at the Quincy Invitational Tournament Saturday.
Palmyra earned 86.5 points, while Quincy High School won the event with 253.5 points.

Palmyra’s Collin Arch lifts Hannibal’s Koen Ramage during home action last Monday.
Collin Arch won the 152-pound division winning all four of his matches including the title match by fall at 3:05 over Braden Johnson of Roxana, Ill.
Mike Thomas took fourth place in the 285-pound division, going 2-2, losing his third-place match by fall at 3:46 to Aiden Surratt of Jacksonville, Ill.
Brayden Pillars took fifth place at 145 pounds, going 3-1, and winning his final match by fall at 5:41 over Eric McClellend of QHS.
Ashton Hankins took sixth place at 182 pounds, going 2-2, losing the fifth-place match by fall at 1:38 to Koen Roberush of Troy, Ill.
Kadon Timbrook took seventh place at 113 pounds, going 2-2 and winning his final match by fall at 2:49 over Ethan Hoyt of Macomb, Ill.
Zeke Meyers took seventh place at 220 pounds, going 2-2 and winning his final match by fall at 1:23 over Johnny Ravenscraft of Illini West.
Clayton Deming took eighth place at 195 pounds, going 1-3 and losing his final matach by fall at 0:18 to Chase Bancroft of East Peoria, Ill.
Wesley Summers took 10th place at 106 pounds, going 2-2 and by fall at 5:49 to Tessa Donaldson of Pekin, Ill.
Owen Mason Kiefaber took 13th place at 160 pounds, going 2-2 and winning his last match by forfeit.
Wyatt Pults took 15th place at 170 pounds, going 1-3 and winning his final match by injury default over Zoey Harness of Camp Point Central.
The Panthers competed in a quad meet at Moberly, and came away with wins over Calilfornia and Boonville while falling to Moberly.
The Panthers won all four actual matches in the 54-18 win over California.

Brayden Pillars (144) by fall at 1:10 over Jackson Hensley;
Collin Arch (150) by fall at 0:31 over Cody Schneider;
Ashton Hankins (175) by fall at 1:16 over Miguel Contreras; and
Kadon Timbrook (113) by fall at 1:11 over Alex Bews.
Owen Mason Kiefaber (157), Wyatt Pults (165), Jose Juarez (215), Mike Thomas (285) and Luke Lawson (106) all won by forfeit.
Palmyra went 4-2 in actual matches in a 33-30 win over Boonville.
Winning matchers were:
Kadon Timbrook (113) by a 13-10 decision over Gabe Gander;
Brayden Pillars (144) by a 3-2 decision over Xavier Flippin;
Collin Arch (150) by fall at 1:44 over Tyson White; and
Ashton Hankins (175) by a 7-5 decision over Rhodes Leonard.
Wyatt Pults (165) lost by fall at 0:46 to Clayton Schuster, and Mike Thomas (285) lost by fall at 2:50 to Ryder Comegys.
Luke Lawson (106), Tyler Spicknall (126) and Jose Juarez (215) won by forfeit.
Owen Mason Kiefaber lost an extra match by fall at 5:21 to Cash Stock.
Palmyra won five of 10 actual matches in a 36-27 loss to Moberly.
Winning were:
Timbrook (113) by fall at 3:05 over Cameron Hess;
Spicknall (126) by an 11-5 decision over Tyler James;
Pillars (144) by fall at 2:37 over Landon Morris;
Arch (150) by fall at 0:30 over Austen James; and
Lawson (106) by fall at 4:55 over Kaiden Leonard.
