Samuel Sides

Samuel Sides, a.k.a “Walking Sam,” 70, Palmyra, Mo.,  passed away at 2:27 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, at Levering Regional Healthcare Center in Hannibal, Mo.

There’s not a lot known about Sam, other than the fact that he was a well-known member of the community. He was born Oct. 29, 1952 in or around Palmyra.

The community is invited to Sam’s memorial service to be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Oc. 11, 2023, at Lewis Brothers Funeral Chapel in Palmyra.
